Starting at 1pm and going as late as 3pm, Coach Omar is teaching MMA/Kickboxing
This is especially encouraged for those students who want extra training sessions to sharpen and expand their skillset or for those who find themselves working in the evenings and is a perfect opportunity to learn advanced skills and techniques from a world-renowned competitor!
